Farley's
Amazing coffee. Liberal policy on picking up a mag from the rack for a quick read. Good spot for dogs and chatty local pet owners out front.

Copenhagen Bakery & Cafe
This is a great little bakery, perfect for lunch, breakfast and cupcakes. Good sandwiches too. It's on Burlingame Ave which is the main drag in Burlingame, making outside seating a nice spot to hang out and watch people stroll by. It's also down the street a block or so from Plaze de Paws pet store.

Crepevine
Crepevine has locations around the Bay Area, but the Burlingame location is a favorite with families and pet owners. A good spot for brunch fare. Outside seating area is pet friendly.

Bow Wow Meow
Bustling store in San Carlos. Popular place among local pet owners. A well stocked shop with both treats and toys. They have grooming services in the back.
