Fort Funston
This has to be the premiere dog friendly park in San Francisco.
A nice stroll will take you around the bluffs, or you can walk down to the beach with fido.
Lots of pooches and dog friendly folks about, you can go offleash, and there are some poop-bag stations and a drink station.

Ocean Beach
My favorite thing to do here is walk from the windmill to the cliffhouse, and back. Then have brunch at the beach chalet.
If you have small dog, there is a small dog group that walks the beach on saturday's from 10 to 11. Meet on the beach infront of the beach chalet.

Baker Beach
This is a perfect place for my pooch. Not too many people or dogs here usually, and he gets the run of the place.
Watch out for the naked folks at the end.

Cafe Cole
Good sandwiches, and outdoor seating. You can go inside with your pooch while you order.
I've also been able to inside with my dog on a leash.

Small neighborhood market, they carry the your everyday needs and liquor.
Owners are dog friendly, and you can shop with Fido.

Sacred Grounds
As far as dog friendly this local coffee shop is top rate! .. They give the dogs treats, and I've never been asked to not bring him into the store. (I have a small 17 lb dog).
I get my morning coffee here often. They have outdoor seating, and indoor also. (I dont know if they allow you to sit inside with your dog -- but i've always been able to go inside and order with my dog on a leash)

Puppy Haven Pet Wash & Grooming
Bridgette is the regular groomer at this place, and she is AWESOME.
I take my 2 1/2 yr old Lhasa Apso here and she gets him looking like a million bucks every-time. On top of that she is super nice and loving to my dog, which makes me feel good about leaving him there for his groom.
Bridgette owns a small dog herself so little dogs are in good company here. (and i'm sure she loves big ones too)
