Alpha Omega Winery
We love this winery! We became wine club members not only for the great wine, but for the great atmosphere (very clean), lovely grounds, and excellent staff. Always friendly there, and they LOVE dogs!

Mission Creek Dog Park
This dog park is really close to my house and becoming more and more popular. Lots of dog walkers bring their pooches here, and there are lots of neighbors who hang out with their dogs too. Socializing is a plus. It is all fenced in with loose gravel and plants. There are a few benches and toys around too.

Chase Bank
Chase is an easy bank! I love that they print check images on receipts and the online banking is a breeze. It can be a long wait if you need to sit and speak with someone, but you can make appointments, which is nice. And of course, they don't mind your pooches sitting at your feet!

PortaBella
This place has a couple tables outside in the front of the restaurant, but the best place to sit with your pooch is in the covered heated patio in the back. Very cute place and the food is great! We love the linguine with seafood and the pooches love to chill out!

Briarwood Inn
Our pups are spoiled at this cozy B&B! The staff is friendly and they have a nice breakfast along with an afternoon happy hour. Carol is our favorite lady there!

The brunch here is the best in Carmel! So yummy! Eggs benedict are a favorite and the pancakes are delish. Pups can sit right outside the patio deck (and little pooches can be right next to you).

GEORIS winery
we love the huge patio and all the pups everywhere! They are a little on the pricey side but the wines are good and the complimentary cheese and crackers are a nice addition. Waterfalls and garden decor are relaxing and wonderful.

Casanova Restaurant
What is a romantic restaurant with your sweetie when you have to leave your pooch at home? Not nearly as fun we say! The heaters make you feel like you are sitting outdoors in the tropics, and the food is delicious! We love the gnocchi and stuffed mushrooms!

Willow Street Wood Fired Pizza
Love the pizzas here and pooches get to hang out and enjoy the people watching. Right across from the park with concerts, festivals and farmers market! Pups everywhere!

The Java House
Owned by a nice Greek family with a lot of personality. Located right next to the South Beach Park and AT&T Park, this is a great place to bring the pups for an afternoon in the sun. Pups join playgroups while their mommy's and daddy's enjoy breakfast or lunch at The Java House. They have game day specials. The breakfast sandwich is good and so is the classic breakfast. It is a weekend morning favorite for our family!

South Beach Park
This is a great park where you will always run into pups! It is right next to Java Hut so you can grab a cup of coffee and read the paper or make friends with the locals. The park is right by the Marina and some of the best weather in the city!

Westin St. Francis
This is a great hotel with lots of old charm. They hosted the SPCA Bark and Whine kickoff and it was very successful. The guests enjoyed seeing all the pups throughout the hotel and they are very accommodating. I wouldn't have thought that such a well-kept, nice hotel would be so dog friendly! I love it!

Sens Restaurant
This restaurant has just been redone and they did a great job. They have a covered patio with sofas and lounge chairs. The other patio area is uncovered with tables. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The mini lamb burgers are delicious!
I didn't have the pup with me when I went so I'm not sure where they are allowed. I'll update my post once I have more info!

Lulu is more expensive that Lucy and right across the street. They have a broader selection and geared more toward "active" than "lounge" wear. They are happy to have you and your pooch in there to shop!

A beautiful place to spend a sunny afternoon. Lots of different places to discover in the park. I love the gardens near the Conservatory of Flowers and walking around by the Academy of Sciences and the Japanese Tea Gardens.

Golden Gate Bridge
The most notorious SF landmark! Fantastic views of the city and a great walk out above the water. It is only about a mile all the way across so make a round trip on a beautiful day. Your pooch will love the brisk walk--just don't look down!

What more could a girl ask for--shoes and pups in the same place?? They have great deals on designer shoes, and they keep going on sale until they are all gone, so try to time it right!

The food here is pretty inexpensive and good. Delancey Street is a great organization that gives people a second chance at coming back into the community. Their good-hearted nature shows through in the amazing service they provide--hard-workers at their best! The outside patio is nice to relax with your pooch.

Asqew Grill
A couple of tables for outdoor seating and the food is pretty good. I like the BBQ chicken skewer and the spinach salad. You have to tie the pups up outside and go in to order. Everything is made to order so it takes a little extra time.

Petco
My dog isn't a huge fan of this place because I left him here to be groomed a few times. The new dog likes all the toys and how big the store is... they have everything, but are more expensive than Pet Club across the bridge. They do grooming and have a large variety of food and toys.

21st Amendment Brewery
I give it a 2 for dog friendliness, but I'd give it a 4 for food and atomosphere alone. They only have outdoor seating on game days and it's quite crowded. Good beers and pub food...

Taylor's Refresher
This is such a popular place, and I'm not sure of the official pet policy but I've been there at least a dozen times and never had a problem. I just tie the pups up outside at the tables along the Embarcadero side and keep them next to me. The Miss Kentucky is my favorite sandwich and don't forget the Sweet Potato Fries! Yum!

Piccino Coffee & Espresso
This is a nice place to grab a thin crust pizza and glass of wine. The pups can chill with you in the shade or the tables in the sun. They serve good blue bottle coffee so grab a book and come hang out.

Mission Creek Dog Park
It is nice to have this park in our neighborhood, and there is a good number of dogs and people there. It's a little of the beaten path, but worth the walk through the nice Mission Creek Park. There is a great path along the channel so do the whole loop before and after your stop for fetch at the fenced in dog park!

San Francisco SPCA
I am a huge fan and supporter of the SF/SPCA! All of the people on staff are amazing and wonderful people. The vet hospital is still fairly new, but they are working out the kinks (ie. I waited in the hospital room for over an hour before the doctor remembered I was there). Still a great cause, and I am very thankful to have my first dog from there. They are saving dogs lives everyday and they are a wonderful place to be involved with.

San Francisco Giants Baseball
We go to the Dog Days of Summer every year and the pooches LOVE it! We had an amazing time (although I prefer the daytime event)! Don't forget to go early and walk around the field. They are a little strict on keeping the line moving, but try to stop and sneak as many pics as possible. Amazing opportunity!

Philz Coffee
They used to let dogs inside, but OSHA came in and cracked down on that. Now dogs allowed outside. They've added more chairs outside for you and your pooch to sit. The coffee is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Gorgeous place for the pups to roam and play on the beach. My pooches get a little scared of the occasional horse and the entrance/exit is a little steep, but well worth it! Make a picnic and spend the day!

This is one of my favorite places to have a nice brunch with my pooches! The wait staff is so friendly and will set up a table if they don't have any outside. They are dog lovers and very friendly. The food is FANTASTIC! Very creative dishes that are unique and delicious! (No brunch on Saturdays because of farmers market).

Alta Plaza Park
Lots of dogs to play with at the Alta Plaza Park. Parking is somewhat difficult and the big hill and stairs can be a challenge for some. The grassy area at the top of the hill is very picturesque and looks out over the city. Feel free to join the other pooches off leash.
