Buena Vista Park
The off-leash portion is mostly just a small dirt area in the middle of the park. I wouldn't go there if it was wet unless you don't mind a very dirty dog. The best part about this park is the immense network of trails running throughout, and the great views at the top. Also, the on-leash rule for the majority of the park is not well-enforced.
