Passable. Some outdoor tables. For the money the food, wine (in particular) service, and atmosphere (basically there's a sports bar inside) should be improved.

Paragon has the BEST Frito Misto in the city! and who couldnt resist taking a seat outside with your pet people watching all of the baseball fans! They are soo freindly here and have been known to bring out a treat or two for our Jazz!
