When we lived in the area, we always shopped at Petsmart and took the pups there for full-service baths. The staff always did a really great job - especially with Nikki who sheds like crazy!

This petsmart is pretty good. We took our puppy for training, and had an amazing dog trainer. His name is Ariel and he really understands dogs. The manager, Maria is so nice and friendly. She remembers us and our pup each time we come in. We also used the grooming department. They were good. At least our dog didn't seem traumatized when we picked up. We really liked Chantelle. She gave a cute report card at pick up.
The reason for 3 bones? The dead fish and sometimes the small animals are out of water. The few times that I noticed this, I told an employee, who seemed to get right on it.
