If you don't want to pay the parking fee there's generally plenty of street parking outside the entrance. The only downside to this is that it is a bit of a trek in to the actual dog park area. The dog park itself is nice..plenty of space for both the small & big dogs and it's kept clean. In the summer months it gets hot as there isn't much shade so early mornings & evenings are better.

This is my favorite park. After Fido runs around for awhile you can then go for a nice walk. Willow Glen to the south, Vasona to the north.
