Come here at least 1/week. My tri club is always doing events with Sports Basement and it's awesome that I don't have to leave Baily at home.
The layout of the store is huge so you don't have to worry about your dog knocking clothing off the rack and the staff is usually very excited for the distraction. The SPCA is right around the corner too!

A great place to pick up the equiptment needed to keep our pooch on her toes! I was surprised to find out that they were ok with bringing the dog in, and even had some treats for her too. Like the others have said, there is a limited selection of dog only stuff, but who says a mut cant skateboard or play soccer? NOT ME!
Good prices and easy to get to, we love this place.

Sports Basement is GREAT about allowing your dog in the store. Well...except for the Presidio location since it is Federal property they have different rules and no pets except service dogs allowed. But, the other locations are very very dog friendly.

I love Sports Basement! You can shop and walk your dog at the same time! The staff here are extremely friendly, especially towards your pooch. There's treats available and a staff member will probably hand your dog a treat.
