This place is great!!!

The park is good size and has a mix of grassy field & wood chips - it is completely fenced in has an agility tunnel, a couple of small trees for shade, a box for clean poo bags, water dishes (bring your own water!), a bench (for humans to sit), and a few tennis balls & frisbees are usually to be found within the park.

Like all well-constructed dog parks, this park has an "entrance gate" - where you can take off the dog's leash before entering the park, and prevent dogs already within the park from escaping.

There is a smaller fenced area for small dogs & puppies.

Park Rules are posted outside the entrance gate.

Overall, this park is very clean and well maintained, but as a community dog park, it is everyone's responsibility to pitch-in to help keep the park clean & maintained. Please help keep the park clean by picking up after your dog and throwing away trash in the trash bins outside the entrance gate. (Please don't leave pet waste/trash on the ground inside the park.) Poo bags are usually available (in the "clean bags" mailbox!), but sometimes run out - so it's always a good idea to bring your own just in case (and please feel free to add to the bag box too, if you have extra bags!).

We have been taking our pup here for the past month. All dogs & owners we've met are very nice, and we have not had any problems whatsoever. The dog park is free to use and open to anyone, and parking is free (and there's plenty of it). The Facebook page is great for meeting other park users and arranging "play dates".

If you're looking for other things to do nearby, there is a field and some trails around the park that go by the Saco River - our pup enjoys swimming in the river on really hot days!

Basically, this park is awesome. I've found the busiest times are after 5pm on weekdays, and late afternoons on weekends. We avoid going mid-day on really hot days because there is little shade at the park.
