We came her on New Year's Day for a walk with the dogs. Officially the beach is an on leash area but there were only dog owners on the beach and most of them had their dogs off leash. It is a nice long beach with beautiful scenery including a waterfall a ways down the beach.
Be aware that dogs are not allowed on Goat Beach on the other side of the parking area.
To get to the beach follow Goat Rock Rd all the way to the bottom of the hill. You'll pass two other parking areas before you get to the one by the beach.
