A park large enough for the Mastiff meet up, small enough to keep control over your pup

Fenced-in tree shaded dog park on about a half an acre, poop bags, water hose and two water stations; beware of single-gated entrance, dusty mulch ground cover
For dogs: Lots of space to run, tons of tennis balls and launchers, hills and terraces to climb
For people: Two picnic benches and lawn chairs, but many are broken; nearby playground, open lawn, wading pool and picnic tables
