While parish is one of my favorite spots, do not bring your dog there. They won't allow dogs in the patio area at all.

Bullshit. Anti-dog! Told me to chain my dog to a tree 20 feet removed from the outside of the patio and right next to the curb of Boylston Street when I asked if we could sit outside. Dog is a super sweet 2 year old lab puppy. Skip this place if you bring your dog. Go to 29 on Newbury St (close by) instead! Much more dog friendly there!

friendly services, GREAT sandwiches. Expect a long wait on sunny weekends as dog friendly tables are limited.
