This is my favorite place in bad weather. Dogs are totally welcomed except sometimes in the food court. Some security guards have come up to pet Josie and said nothing while others demand to know if she's a service animal.
Is it pricey? Duh...it's right in the middle of a major urban tourist district so yeah prices are jacked up but we come to window shop.
Consider it a great little oasis for dog parents living in SF.

I have been bringing Kona to the Westfield center since she was a pup. (Now she is a 2-year old 65 pounder...and she's a pitbull!) We enjoy going to Bloomingdales where the girls at the Chanel make-up counter spoil her with treats! The Vans store was very welcoming too. The one place Westfield did not want us to go was in the food court downstairs. Overall, everyone was very friendly and happy to see a dog.
