I recently became a new client at Central, utilizing the skill and expertise of Dr. Matt Carter with my adolescent Golden Retriever. I find Dr Carter to be kind, knowledgeable and skilled with a down-to-earth attitude that is easy to work with. When a health "puzzle" arises, he is comfortable consulting with specialists and doing research to assess and treat the condition most effectively.
Dr. Carter's facility is clean and welcoming; his staff is warm and attentive and their caring for animals is obvious. I also appreciate the "details" -- calls to discuss test results come when promised, reminders via email are convenient and we even received a thank you note for becoming clients.
I've dealt with many vet services and am so far impressed. The only thing that would make them perfect for us is if there were holistic services (e.g. Diet, acupuncture, herbal supplements) offered. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied.
