This is a large facility with many, many dogs. For our dog, who has been very comfortable going to a number of different daycare places, that didn't work out so well because he does like attention from people, and unfortunately here he didn't really get much.

However, this facility may be fine for some dogs. Here is my take:
Pros:
-For a large facility with lots of dogs, it's relatively clean.
-They have both indoor and outdoor space, and the indoor space is very large and pretty well ventilated.
-The hours are just plain incredibly flexible, and I think that is the main selling point here- you can drop off at 7am and pickup by 9pm, which at other daycare sites would be considered overtime.
-"Field trips" to outdoor parks are an option (although you have to pay for them)

Cons:
-If your dog doesn't eat his food, they throw it away (??!!!). This was a huge negative to me that really made me feel like they didn't listen to me or care that much about my dog. I left food for my dog and asked them to please save any extra. I also told the individual at drop-off that he usually eats at about 5pm. When I picked him up, they told me they tried once to feed him at 4pm and then threw the food away (even though our container had a label on it requesting them to save extra food). I understand they have a ton of dogs here, but if they don't have time to care for the individual needs of each of them, that's a concern. So is a dog who is at daycare from 7am until 8 or 9pm that hasn't eaten all day.
-Lack of individual attention: As mentioned, this is a large facility with a lot of dogs, so care is less individualized.

Some other things that aren't necessary cons for everyone but that just didn't work for us are:
-They leave dogs alone (in their doggie groups) in rooms for 'nap time' for certain intervals during the day. This is to allow them to settle and rest, but I was told at pickup my dog barked the whole time he was left in the room (not something he does usually, and clearly he needed a little more attention on his first day).
-When I picked up my dog, he was obviously stressed. Waiting to go outside, he was crying and whining, and went to the bathroom for a really long time when we got outside- which I take to mean he probably didn't go all day... maybe not a fault of the site, but clearly he wasn't comfortable enough there to go. Also a major problem for us and something that has not happened before.

I also just got kind of a not that great feeling at the interview process- the people were very friendly and the owner said all the right things, but when we walked through the play areas, I noticed a few things- they were feeding the dogs in cages, and one of them had vomited and no one was doing anything about it; there were a few small dogs left entirely alone in one play area and were barking nonstop; and when they took my dog for his evaluation they didn't let me watch or even tell me where they were taking him.

2 bones may be a bit low but is accurate for our experience- I wouldn't say more than 2.5-3 overall given the lack of personal attention here. While it's possible my dog might get more comfortable here over time, the throwing away of food is really a deal breaker and a huge negative, especially when combined with the fact my dog wasn't even comfortable enough to pee here (when that hasn't ever been a problem at other daycares he's been to) and the 'nap time' isolation from people.

Great facility, very knowledgable owners! Day care is reasonably priced.
