My dog used to hate getting grooming and leaving him was painful to hear him crying. The staff at BYOD could not be better. My very large dog now runs to the door when we turn on the street its located on. We use Ann would is by far the best groomer who has ever cut our Old English Sheepdog. She takes her time and spends 4+ hours working on him. Addtionally the store staff is friendly and always able to recommend a new treat for him to take on the road! I would highly recommend BYOD and I prefer it to its counter part the Laundromutt.
