Lovely "country" in the city. Newly renovated, volunteers removed non-native vegetation, planted natives. Not truly "off leash" as OPD insists it's on-leash but enforcement is rare unless complaint made. Where are our tax dollars going as dog-owners? Why don't you remove a tennis court or baseball field & give US a destination where we don't feel like trepassers going off leash?
